Guildford Cathedral commissioned five festal copes to celebrate its 50th anniversary.
Presented in May 2011, the copes are made of silk with applied embroidered silk pieces. Each cope represents ten years and a gift of the Holy Spirit.
Church Building Magazine
Polly features in the December 2010 issue of Church Building Magazine with an article on the work she, along with Mel Howse, undertook for St Leonard’s Church in Seaford, East Sussex.
St Andrew’s Church, Furnace Green, Crawley has completely rebuilt its parish church building to an extraordinary modern specification.
The 300-seater auditorium houses a tryptich which measures 5 metres in height. Polly has also interior designed all of the furnishings throughout the building, incorporating the stained glass windows from the original church and using them to inspire the colour scheme.
